A comprehensive fighting and sparring program that allows you to use your Krav Maga skills in simulated attack situations. This 12-Week course is designed to take student athletes with little or no prior combat or fight experience to an experienced level under stressful situations.
An all-levels class designed to improve striking. This high energy, high intensity class concentrates on offensive strike development of hands, elbows, knees, and various kicks, and utilizes shields and pads in a partnered workout.
This class is designed around Krav Maga principles that bring individuals with little to no prior weapons defense and handling experience into a state of proficiency in a short period of time. We highly encourage all yellow belt and higher level students to train in these principles.
