Both! Most members opt for group classes, but feel free to ask any of our instructors for more info on private sessions.
You can most likely expect 15-30, give or take a few depending on the day / time. We always make sure there are enough instructors no matter the class size though.
Yes, classes are full of people of all experience levels - including total beginners.
Absolutely. Whether it's in the mini nutrition seminars we give during classes from time to time... or private consultations... we've got you covered.
No! These classes are very, very different from Cardio Kickboxing. It's hard to describe how much different they are, but once you come in you'll see for yourself ;-)

Krav Maga

Not at all. When people first start our Denver Krav Maga classes, they're all over the spectrum of physical fitness. Some are like star athletes. Others haven't worked out in years. Wherever you fall on this spectrum, don't worry about it. Just come, have a great time, and learn the awesome art of Krav Maga.

Most likely, the answer is yes. Speak to your doctor, and let us know what he / she says. We'll gladly work with what your doctor has to say to provide you with a safe, fun experience.
Very low, we're proud to say. We take extreme precautions with our program to insure that you stay safe and sound. As with any form of physical activity, Krav Maga comes with a risk for injury. However, because of the lengths we go to teach Krav Maga safely - injuries are very rare here.
Our classes are a good mixture of fun & focus. Every class has moments of serious concentration, blended with sheer fun & laughter. After all, all work and no play makes for boring Krav Maga classes!

Muay Thai

Not at all. If you're not in shape already, our Muay Thai classes will get you into tip-top shape in no time. It's not only an incredible martial art - it's also one of the funnest, most kick-ass workouts around.
If you have a past injury / condition that could interfere with training, we just ask that you speak to your doctor first. Let us know what your doctor says - and if there's any kind of exercise you should avoid in order to not upset your condition.
Muay Thai IS intense. That's what's so awesome about it ;-). However, people do NOT get injured a lot. We've created a supportive, safe environment here.
Not at all. For sparring & drills, you'll be paired up with either people of your skill level - or more advanced students who will help show you the ropes. No one here is a "bully" or anything like that. Everyone is extremely supportive and encouraging of one another.
Absolutely! Our Muay Thai classes are great for people wanting to learn martial arts... wanting to get their adrenaline fix... or just looking for a killer workout.
Absolutely. We've helped - and continue to help - many MMA & Muay Thai fighters prepare for matches. You'll receive expert guidance for your technique and abilities... state-of-the-art conditioning to strengthen and quicken your body... and support to get your mindset right for your match.
